  • How long does the power generator's charge last?

    It depends on the power of the loads connected to your portable charging station. Check how many watt-hours (Wh) your station has a capacity and divide that number by the number of watts (W) your load consumes. This will be the time (in hours) that your station's charge will last if it is 100% charged.

  • How do I charge the Power Generator?

    There are three possibilities: via AC connection, which can be made through a standard wall outlet; via DC power supply, which can come from a power source for electronic equipment (such as laptops, tablets, video game consoles, etc.); or via a vehicle's 12V charging port (cigarette lighter).

  • Can I leave the power adapter plugged in after it has reached 100% charge?

    We suggest disconnecting the unit from the charging source after the battery reaches 100% capacity to maintain and prolong the health of your station.

  • Can I use the solar panels on cloudy days?

    Yes, it's possible. Solar panels capture solar radiation to generate electricity, so even if the sun isn't visible, if there's a significant amount of solar radiation, it will still generate energy through the panel.

  • Can the panels get wet in the rain?

    Yes, they are waterproof; however, to maximize the lifespan of the equipment, we recommend not using them on rainy days.

  • Can I carry any load with the generator?

    Yes, it is possible, within the limits of the output connection possibilities and the connection to the load, as well as the relationship between the wattage (W) of the connected load and the power capacity of the power station.

  • Can I use the load generator to power more than one piece of equipment simultaneously?

    Yes, it is possible, provided that the sum of the power outputs in watts (W) does not exceed the power capacity of the power station.

  • How do I know when my generator battery is running low?

    There is an indicator on the station's charging percentage display; it is updated in real time and can be consulted whenever it is being used.

  • How long does it take to recharge the generator?

    It depends on the charging method and the capacity of your battery. This detailed information can be found in the datasheet for each model.

  • What's the fastest way to recharge the generator?

    Using an AC outlet, this method allows for a higher current flow in less time, making recharging easier and faster.
